Our Leadership Team

Michael Caponi

Michael began in the Insurance Adjusting Industry in 2011 as an Independent Adjuster. Since this time, Michael has traveled the Country working claims from all types of Fire/Property Policies gaining knowledge of Homeowner's, Renters, Commercial and Litigation claims. Michael has simultaneously managed at team of 50+ Adjusters on Daily Claim and Catastrophe projects. Michael has also developed training guidelines and tools, including Contents Worksheets and Interest Calculators. Having developed and extensive history and knowledge of claims, Michael has decided to branch out on his own to form Orion Claims Service, LLC., in order to provide Carriers with service of their needs and to guide new and experienced Adjusters in their career.
